Personalisation

Front + Back adds a text message; handwriting options use your uploaded handwritten note. Every relevant choice is saved with your order.
Engraving instructions

For the clearest result, upload a sharp screenshot with the exact spot clearly marked. We recreate the map artwork, place a heart at your chosen location and engrave your wording exactly as supplied. For handwriting, photograph dark ink on plain white paper in bright, even light. Avoid shadows, folds and patterned backgrounds.
Delivery

Each wallet insert is made to order in Wiltshire. UK delivery and local collection options are shown at checkout. If you request a design proof, please allow around one additional working day for approval before engraving begins.
Care

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water. Store dry and protect the engraved surface from sharp objects when it is outside the wallet.
