These Terms of Service apply when you use the Calroabi website or purchase products from Calroabi Limited.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Calroabi

Calroabi Limited is a UK business creating personalised gifts and related products.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Many Calroabi products are individually personalised and some materials, such as natural slate, may have variations in colour, grain, texture or edge finish. These natural differences are not normally considered defects.

Product photographs and mock-ups are provided to help illustrate the product. The appearance of your finished item may vary slightly depending on the personalisation chosen and the natural characteristics of the material.

3. Personalisation

You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation information when placing your order.

This may include:

Names
Dates
Messages or wording
Locations or coordinates
Song or website links
Uploaded handwriting, images or artwork
Font or design choices

Please check all information carefully before submitting your order.

Where you request a design proof, please check the proof carefully before approving it.

Once you approve a design and we produce the item exactly as approved, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement for an error contained in the information or design you approved.

If we make an error when producing your item, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We may contact you if we need additional information before we can complete your personalised order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

An obvious pricing or listing error
A product becoming unavailable
Suspected fraudulent activity
Misuse of our website
Personalisation that we reasonably consider unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or inappropriate

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Any delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your order.

6. Processing Times

Most personalised orders are prepared within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you request a design proof, production normally begins after you approve the design.

Processing times may be longer during particularly busy periods.

7. Delivery and Collection

Delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been completed and dispatched.

Where available, customers may also choose local collection in Melksham, Wiltshire.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

8. Personalised and Custom-Made Goods

Many Calroabi products are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.

Under UK consumer rules, clearly personalised or custom-made goods are generally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right that applies to many online purchases.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law.

9. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we have not started making or engraving your personalised item, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once production has started, we may no longer be able to change or cancel a personalised order.

For non-personalised goods, any applicable statutory cancellation rights continue to apply.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the problem.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes your rights under applicable consumer law.

11. Customer-Supplied Content

If you provide us with text, photographs, handwriting, logos, artwork, links or other material for use on a personalised product, you confirm that you have the necessary right or permission to use that material.

You also confirm that allowing Calroabi to reproduce the material for the purpose of fulfilling your order will not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation containing material we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Calroabi name, branding, website content, product photography, graphics and original designs created by us remain the intellectual property of Calroabi Limited or are used with permission.

Our content may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without permission except where permitted by law.

13. Website Use

You must not:

Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems
Introduce viruses or other malicious technology
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
Use our content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

If you purchase from us as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract between us was formed.

15. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal information supplied for the purpose of fulfilling an order will be used as necessary to process, produce and deliver your purchase and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
